Places ITZY have been, taken from posts they already put up on their official vlog or Instagram. Each stop has a Google Maps link. Cities so far: Sydney, Melbourne, London, Auckland, and Seattle.
For someone who travels a lot, I'm not particularly into tourism. I have little interest in visiting places, landmarks, or trying restaurants. I typically eat fast food or convenience store food. I do enjoy travelling with my friends and in those cases, I happily go along to whatever restaurants and places they wish to visit. It's also rather difficult to eat at restaurants when solo travelling, as you're limited to what you can eat as one person. Something that I do love is idols, and I often find myself wanting to explore the same places that my idols have previously went to as well. As a convenient coincidence, idols also often visit touristy places too and they (or their team) have likely done the research. They also post aesthetic photos on their Instagram which forms inspiration for those fans who wish to also take aesthetic pictures. I find great joy in locating these places and recreating their shots. I have no intention of posting the photos online (mainly because I'm shy and don't have much confidence in my appearance) but I feel a closer connection with my idols.
I only went to these locations after the idol had posted them publicly. Most of them are public tourist attractions or well known restaurants anyway. At no point have I met an idol at these locations during their personal schedules.
Despite growing up in Sydney and living in Sydney most of my life, I surprisingly have never been to these locations.
